Guilty Plea Entered in Drug Case

A Columbus man who was charged in a June 2012 drug raid in Chillicothe was sentenced in the Ross County Court of Common Pleas, Tuesday. According to Defense Attorney Chase Carter, Robert Darks entered a guilty plea for second-degree felony possession of heroin and was sentenced to a two-year mandatory prison term by Judge Scott Nusbaum.

In the drug raid, police said that they seized over ten grams of heroin, percocet, and cash from a home at 367 East Water Street.
